Refund:
Non-sale products in new and unused condition in original packaging can be retuned within 7 days of you receiving your package for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please note that refunds will be made in the same mode as the original payment was made and that shipping charges incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange:
Non-sale products in new and unused condition in original packaging can be exchange within 14 days of you receiving your package only for an exchange or store credit (less any incurred shipping charges), which will be valid for 3 months from date of issue.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 20% will apply on some products especially gear and furniture that are returned in a new and unused condition but with a damaged or missing packaging.
Return Policy Exceptions:
All purchases of personalized, specially ordered, and sale products are final and cannot returned or exchanged. Certain products such as breastfeeding, sealed feeding and potty items are also excluded from returns or exchange for hygienic reasons.
No refunds or store credits are available on any of these purchases.
Please note that Bumble Bee reserves the right to decline any return if it does not meet our return requirements, or the return procedure is not followed.
